Redpanda Connect & Data Transform

Do I have to compulsory use both the Redpanda Connect and Redpanda Data Transform for my project, or is using any one of them allowed?

Also I'm thinking of deploying to Google Compute Engine instead of AWS, is that okay?!

    Choosing either Redpanda Connect or Redpanda Data Transform is good.
    And GCP is totally fine too!
